Clients agree to:

• Pay fees in accordance with agreed terms

Each audit engagement will be governed by a separate engagement letter that will specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and key milestones
• Fee structure and payment terms
• Responsibilities of both parties
• Limitation of liability provisions

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. We will not disclose confidential information except:

• With written client consent
• As required by law or court order
• In response to regulatory or professional inquiry
• For quality control review purposes (under confidentiality)

Our liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to:

• The fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim
• Coverage available under our professional liability insurance
